Are those pictures of the Riverside Church? That's an interesting design for a non-denominational church. They usually go for modern architecture instead of gothic.
I was at the Riverside concert and the church is just as beautiful inside as out. Knowing nothing about the church, I would imagine it was built over 100 years ago as either Anglican or Catholic. There was no alter but clearly one had been there under the towering steeple.Acoustics were fantastic but then they would have to be to be heard in the rear of the church 100 years ago. Bill
