Remembering the "good old shows" makes me think of how different growing is for kids today compared to when I grew up. I'm 23 and I remember 12 years ago how my elementary school had wooden & iron playgrounds with gravel or whatever covering the dirt below. A few years ago (I must have been 19-20) and saw that the playground is now plastic with a little bit of gravel (comparatively) covering a soft foam-like ground.

It's just amazing how much has changed in 10 years without realizing.
