My father was a police officer, and a veteran who served his country admirably during the Vietnam War. He is now a very successful attorney. I say this in response to people whose natural default is to call cops cowards or brutes. With that said, I can't see why an unarmed teenager should be subjected to a brutal assault such as this, handcuffed, and dragged to her feet. She could very well have suffered severe neck injuries. He's telling her to stop and she keeps going so he does what he needs to do on his part. What the cop doesn't know: THE GIRLS AGE at the time of the take down and whether or not the girl has a weapon. Most cops if not all are trained to assume that everyone has a weapon until proven otherwise while on scene.

I say this in response to people whose natural default is to call cops cowards or brutes. With that said, I can't see why an unarmed teenager should be subjected to a brutal assault such as this, handcuffed, and dragged to her feet. She could very well have suffered severe neck injuries. This type of action is cowardly and inexcusable.
