  • Considering the potential cost in terms of human lives when birds of any kind are sucked into a jet engine, poogocker's comment isn't appropriate on any level.

  • I enjoy watching these majestic birds flying !

  • There are several differences between Turkey Vultures and California Condors. 5 ft wingspan for a Turkey Vulture vs 10 ft wingspan for a California Condor. Lighter colored feathers on the back of the wing for the Vulture but White bands of feathers near the front of the wing for the ondor. 'Wobble' in flight for the Vulture...very stable flight for the Condor both due to its size and its spread wing tip feathers.

  • Wow! Cool! I think you got some Turkey Vultures mixed in there a bit though. i mean, you might have meant to, but I just wanted to point that out.

  • Good job Captain! Bang Bang!! I'll find the rest, just like that poor little Owl!

  • Wow -- the tags are clearly visible. Couldn't see these from the ground. What a difference between the Condor's and Turkey Vulture's flight.

    Bravo!
