There is always someone who has to be negative!!!!! I found your video very informative. I am a teacher myself & your technique is wonderful. Anyone who writes a negative message like that clearly knows nothing about dance!
@lisaninus Just keep doing it, 6 days a week if you can, hold for about 1minute, if you can hold for longer then great! Make sure you are very warm before you stretch. Also the warmer you are the more beneficial the stretching will be.

wtf u dont need all thoose runner poses for streching... you just have to sit in a split and endure the pain for as long as possible, thats the best way to do it. and you cant leap! when u leap it looks like ur skipping over a meadow... u dont even have a full split in the air and u have to work out on ur turn out in the air... u have somewhat of a nice turn out untill you leap. ur leaps dont fly, you do karate chops... take some ballet lessons
Very good but when you do ur leap you move quite akwardly.... sorta like an irsh dancer! Good though! Keep on making leap videos! Also please do a heel stretch video. My dance program loves your videos!

those last 20 cm are dificult to reach the floor. do you have any tips or is this my limit?
