Jeep had a ad campaign with the Lost Experience by embedding products in documents etc... this was probably a commercial you could watch on old "footage" found on the dharma server etc... This was done mostly online.
Was and always will be the toughest Jeep ever built, the CJ series. I really like my 5 but when it comes to traveling, I wouldn't mind a 7, for space and more highway capabilities.
It couldn't be a Dharma video (Although the Dharma videos look like they're the same age as this ad). If Dharma did a car ad, it would be for VW buses since that's what they drove on the Island.
arcticsnow dosen't seem to understand that those other countries have a harder time importing Jeeps due to the fact that it is an American made product and therfore cost more. The reason they use those other brands you mentioned more is they are easier to get ahold of, they simpley cost less.
How shameless! Just ask anyone who has really owned a jeep and can give a honest opinion without patriotic or racial pride. The jeep is JUNK! No one in Africa, Siberia, or Himalayas use Jeep. Even poor countries would rather pay 3x more and use a Toyota Landcruiser. Jeeps rust, break down and is very noisy off road.
oh? So you've been to each of those countries and asked the population on their preference to vehicle? And you've also OWNED one...and taken proper care of it to verify your claims? Please, spare us your biased assumption.
lol, biased...? from someone who calls himself jssJEEPin. and yes i have been to those places... have you ever own3d a toyota fj or landcruiser? who is biased?
what does my screen name have to do with it? Other then I like Jeeps. Off that note, I never said anything against Toyotas, just defended Jeep from your accusations, nice try though.
Oh, sorry Jeeps held stop the Nazis in North Africa, without the agility and all terrian capabilities of the Jeep the Desert Rats would have never been able to conduct their raids on the Nazi army. Learn your history.
So far all the replies have been biased, racist, and blindly patriotic... does corporate America depend heavily on white american males as consumers? ......... YES THEY DO!
is where you can find out where all the clues are and their meaning.
And btw, you have to go to the newsletter section and login with the code "breaking strain" first to be able to access most of the clues on the Hanzo site.
Has anyone really explored the three websites provided on the Hanso Foundation commercials? "www.sublymonal.com" provides a hidden message which is "code: Heir Apparent". Where do I use this? What does this mean? Also, does anyone know how to access Libby Wale's bio on the hanso foundation website? Any other clues or interesting areas?
it's a web-thing called: "the LOST experience" where you can search for clues on pages that relate to the LOST universe, like Oceanic Airlines, the band DRIVESHAFT's page and so on... no need to go insane :-)
Okay, supposedly you go to the mittelwerk's bio, and type "heir apparent" into the little login box in the middle of his bio, which is out of place. and then you click on a girl somewhere. where is this girl.
when you type in "Heir Apparent" the screen seems to crumple up like a piece of paper. It then turns black and you then see a dimly lit hallway. At the end of this hallway is a door with a shady figure standing in it. Click on the figure standing in the doorway. That is the girl dumpsky was referring to.
Am I doing this correctly. I type in Heir Apparent into the login field in the middle of the text of his bio, but nothing happens. do I click anywhere after that or press enter key on the keyboard?
sheeeesh! the RETURN key is the key you press when you want to write a new line in a text program, or to confirm an input you wrote into a textfield. try the ENTER key too.
I'm not sure what to tell you. Make sure you use "the mouth piece" (no quotes) as the password in the "Login for press releases" box. I just tried it and it works, so I don't know what to tell you...
It's actually an annogram for THE MOUTH PEICE if you go to www.letyourcompassguideyou.com you'll figure it out. Man i'll tell you lost went to a lot of trouble for this one. It's awesome
