The time changed into violence free and Raoh was trying to conquer violent world with his power. He chose wrong way to control violent world, so he may hope to be beatean by lovely little brother Toki and then Kenshiro brings peace to the world. Raoh got to be a devil for the future peace. That's why Raoh is the most popular character in Japan.

@ninjaskor Raoh said many times that Toki cannot defeat him. Raoh was extremely touched when he found out that his brother has shorten his life to fight Raoh. Moreover, Toki chose to use Roah's hard style. As Raoh explained, Toki's fake hard style could have never beaten him. Toki is not stupid. I believe Toki wanted to die by Raoh's hands. These events lead Raoh said "You could have defeated with your soft style if you are not sick". Raoh was being compassionate toward his dying brother.

They should be proud of the buffness of Hokuto, not try to appeal to the moronic masses. Yes not many people comprehend Hokuto, but that's because it's beyond them! Oh and not leave out important people such as Juuza, Ryuuga. Then again even the old art style was buff enough. They should have spent the money to continue the series even after 152. That would have been good.
