Unless Mark picked her intentionally because she didn't have her hand up. Didn't he sometimes do that to people for the What Would You Do? Medley. Pick people as a punnishment for not raising their hands.

I only remember 1 time when a person was chosen for the WWYD medley and didn't raise their hand. It was a young lady who got a card that said eat pickled pigs feet in pudding.  I don't remember what any of the other contestants got or if anyone went to the pie pod.

She didn't eat it. She picked up 1 of them and maybe placed it in the pudding but didn't eat any of it. Can't blame her for not wanting to. She didn't change her mind and go to the Pie Pod however. I remember that part.

Honestly I'm not certain. For some reason seeing people being publicly humiliated annoys me so I feel the need to leave comments. I know there's a demographic of people that enjoy them just for the "messiness" of it but there's obviously the intent to entertain through humiliation. I think it's obvious that these things are done for the enjoyment of seeing something unpleasant happen to another person and I don't think most people want to admit that.

i dont really think anyone is making them be pubically humiliated. theres a lot of kids that would thrill at the opportunity to be pied and slimed. theyre doing it voluntarily

What are you talking about. She volunteered to go to the Pie Pod. Mark asked for a kid to volunteer and she raised he hand. She wanted to go to the Pie Pod and get messy.

Well well... what a surprise! You know, at some point someone posted a video of various wwyd clips entitled: "Best of What Would You Do?" And one here was shown as one of them. I'd say that this was one of the best wwyd pie situations I've ever seen.

I agree with you. The pies hit her face well and the aim for the crowning glory was perfect. As I recall the pan launchers sometimes didn't hit as well as the hand launchers because they tended to aim a little high. But this time the aim was perfect for the most part. Just imagine what it would've been like if the hands were used instead. Her face probably would've been completely covered with maybe some plates sticking. That plus the crowning glory would equal the best possible results.

What an ingenious contraption. Man I wish I could build one of these things. You're right, the "hand" launchers seemed to be more accurate, maybe because they held the pies in place a little better.
