@SnowieCookie i hate christmas. but i have reasons to. its not cause i dont get anything. but the whole time i grew up my parents never did ANYTHING. i never had family to spend with. my mom and dad spent christmas arguing over how they were gonna get cigarettes cause the stores were closed. and as a adult christmas isnt any better. i spent last christmas alone eating a tv dinner. but personal reasons aside christmas is jacked up by corprate. ever notice things cost 10X more around christmas?

Don't ask me why I'm thinkin bout this right now... I had a fight with my mom, last year, few days before christmas and ran away from home. I live in a real small German village and there's a forest. I walked through it and somewhere was a farm. In the middle of a field stood a huge christmas tree with lights, snow all around. Right above it was such a bright star in the sky. Brighter than the others. Such a beatiful sight. This music reminds me of this moment and...man, I'm 21 and it's july. :)

But I read on a website the producers wanted to do a story where Kevin McCallister had grown up into a teenager and encountered the Wet Bandits once again- but Macaulay Culkin obviously thought that had already been done twice and did not need to be repeated.

Macauly Culkin just thought it was not necessary to repeat that same story yet again. He had gotten older and was ready to move on to different kinds of roles. I assume he had considered himself too old to be the hero in movies made for little children.
