If you've beaten the game a lot, why did you ask how to unlock the other trick, which isn't unlocked at first, then ask how this track is unlocked, despite it being a starting track that anyone who's played the game would figure out?
It's not dead at all. I'm the guy that is first on most levels. I spent alot of time on this game. It's good to see some other people trying to get records at this game. I'm capturing alot of my speedruns atm and will post them on my youtube.
You first need the Frantic Finale tracks unlocked, which you get by obtaining all 4 car parts. After this, you need to obtain a platinum trophy on Professional difficulty. If you do this, you'll unlock Ludwig.
You know what? Lets stop fighting. What do you say????????

Ludwig was GOD in this game. I used him to set most of my Records. He does pretty good in New Mexico, too.

I have ludwig, but I don't know how to use him, how can you go fast with him when you turn?

The trick is to powerslide. You won't lose speed that way. If you lose speed with Ludwig, then you're pretty much screwed.
