Int is for sorceries; you level up the pyro catalyst to increase pyro damage. You do this by freeing the sorcerer from the Depths and spending souls to level it up when he goers to Firelink Shrine. I made a pyro mage and i haven't invested one point in intelligence; also note that there are no modifiers on the pyro catalyst - just make sure you got a lot of souls to get it levelled up.

@Trigger2K pyro catalyst? u mean pyro flame? you can modify that to +15 and further +5 from quelaana at blight town (need pryo flame to +10 first in order for her to appear) which gives ParamBonus of your Pyromancy Flame for INT to S (+15 and above). So increasing your INT for pyromancer does increase the damage output.

@Trigger2K make sure you get it to +10 and you havent kill the bed of chaos, otherwise she wont appear at all. Also if you join chaos covenant and get the great chaos fireball, the 1st train will attack you in the swamp if you tell him where you get the spell. By doing so if you havent upgrade your flame you cant get Quelaana to respawn until new game. I screwed that one up thats why I start a new game lol. I believe to get extra 5 more upgrades you need to kill her sister and bed of chaos. GL

If you want to do backflips, you need to get a ring from a ninja in the forest.

1. Join the Forest Covenant

2. Walk outside the covenant ruins

3. Behind the other covenant member is a near invisible ninja

4. Kill the ninja

(IMPORTANT: This kicks you out of the covenant! However, this is the only way to get the ring)

5. Pick up his Dark Wood Grain Ring

The ninja doesn't spawn until you join the Forest covenant. So, as far as I know, it's the only way. Book of the guilty shouldn't be a problem. I was never invaded after breaking the covenant, and am now in the Moon covenant.

hes using the darkhand you get with the darkwraith cavenant. in your left hand it can be an energy shield
