  • 05:39 looks like a bended legs good morning

  • Range of motion, look it up!

  • @Ivdarrr If you listen to him it gives him too much pain in his hips.

  • i wish we had that machine at 7:18 in our studio

  • seriously where is the range of motion? its like half rep all the way.

  • there are actually deadlift machines?

  • his squating stace is a little too wide

  • Equity is actually right, Check the AST website for more info and read Paul Delia and Paul Cribbs bloggs on deep squatting, when performing a deeper squat you actually take all the pressure off of your knee cap as opposed to the constant pressure involved in half squats, however you may hve an injury to where you cannot possibly go deep and if that's the case that is understandable. Keep up the good work bro!

  • man this guys form is shit in every video i watch. im callin him an ameteur.

  • @knewok this is the same thing that i think!he don't know how to work!

    wrong technique in every exercise

  • @knewok did you not listen to him say his physio told him to not go too low due to hip and lower back problems?

  • @bigbobabc123 if you knew what to look for you can tyell in his squats his weights on his toes and his knees are passing his toes which is complete shit form and will cause knee and hip problems. hes amature dumb fuck i dont care what his physio says

  • @knewok i am the amateur dumb fuck for listening to what he said in the video and thinking it's a good idea to listen to a physio.... ok then.

  • Surely you can tell by watching your own video that you're leg press and squats need to be deeper...you're not even be doing half-reps. Decrease the weight and do an actual rep, you'll feel the difference.

  • If you do deep squats, it actually puts LESS stress on your knees than half squats. The worst is when you stop at a 90 degree angle and don't go past parallel, thats when all that weight on your back is transfered to your knees!

  • Greats vids, but why don't you use full reps in your squats? Almost seems like you just do half reps?

  • you said the knee injury kept you out of rugby, and you off season, are you a competition body builder now
