No, I never thought that was strange, but I was just hoping I wouldn't be speaking English in here by myself. I see that you know some of it, and that's good. But I apologize for not also knowing German. ;-)
This will be off-topic, but speaking of German people who also speak good English, there's a German apostle here in the USA who used to fly for your Lufthansa out there. He has a very noticeable German accent to us. :) His name is Dieter Friedrich Uchtdorf.
Whow, that's a creepy-lookin' little place to park a siren!
Hey, wind it up to full speed next time, would ya, huh? I bet it can go faster than this when you just leave it on for another second or two at a time.
It wouldn't? Why would someone want to let that wind down before it ever got wound all the way up? It doesn't sound like it was ever wound all the way up. Most of the mechanical sirens I hear will go to a higher pitch than that, and that's because their timers or manual operators let them spin up to top speed.
Seriously, try it sometime. Go turn that one on and don't let it spin back down until it has finished spinning up. See if it doesn't go a few notes higher.
that well stop the birds from building there nest in there lol

@MaxxFordham Is it so strange to you that a video from Germany is commented mainly by German users? ;-)

@MaxxFordham It is possible, but the frequency would not be much higher.
