@hremdldw Your point is well taken, however there are some young ( and not so young ) people that are playing this music well that you may not be aware of.For example Luigi Grasso alto player from Italy and his brother guitarist Pascale are good example of young bebop players worth listening to. Also Ari Roland´s quartet featuring Zaid Nasser on alto is worth checking out. If you do, let me know what you think...
