Hi Tavatha, how do you do when the hair is full blond, what can i do with the roots and you want to do the lowlight?

@farolmf78 I would apply the low-lights first, then touch up my roots in between the foils:)

What volume did you use on her H/L and what toner with volume did you use on her? great looks!!

@Bobbiinbeauty I believe I used 10 volume on her low lights. I don't think I used a toner at all:)
