Tone King amps are awesome. They're made by one guy, and its his livelihood. People who think he doesn't have a right to protect his product/image/name are naive. Of course when you're still in high school and haven't had to work for a living, I can see how that would be difficult to understand.

the tone king is a hack. he makes good equipment sound absolutely TERRIBLE. You can't really showcase the tone of a piece of equipment if you can barely play guitar. I used to tolerate him only because he seemed like a nice guy. The one time i offered positive constructive criticism of his videos he blocked me. what a load of bullshit. I'm not the only one to say this.

Yeah...this whole lawsuit really doesn't make sense. What do "Tone King" amps have to lose from having part of their name in common with "The Tone King"....couldn't "The Tone King" just put a disclaimer in his videos that say "not associated with 'tone king' amps"?

I emailed them too, stating the Tone King (man) has respect WORLD WIDE~! Which he does, (I'm in Australia) Tone King amps, are unkown just about everywhere. Except for maybe the US it self.

It only sells to 2 countries outside the US, Canada & Italy of all places!

I told them not to bother trying to sell here as no1 will want their amps now.

They DO sound good! Gotta admit, but this action is only gonna hurt them real bad!

Shortly after I uploaded this, I sent Tone King Amps a polite email basically outlining what I said in the video and even giving them a link to it.

Heck man, if an A-list amp company like Randall can see what you're doing and support you by having your vids on their site, I'm sure Tone King Amps will come around.
