@12345678ix Try the Line 6 Flextone 3 XL. Easy to create lots of different sounds. I have this amp for 1,5 years now and still don't have any complaints about it. You could have 1 for about 500 dollars i think.
Imagine if like The bands sucide silence or chelsea grin or Parkway Drive played their in the the mid 70's it would of been brutal for all the hippies out their
I respect what you said man, Not every Metal riff has to be Technical/Heavy/Melodic/Evil haha. But thanks for pointing that out. I am in no position to judge this in any way so my bad on maybe offending you bro.
Na, it's okay. I'm just surprised at how many people posted their opposition to this being called "metal". This is what I grew up with as being called "metal"..... or "hard rock"..
I was hoping I could include all of the various subgenre metal riffs in one umbrella category, but I am reconsidering that.
The thing with the subgenres though, is that no matter what you label it, there is always someone that is going to have a problem with it. " no dude, that's not Nu metal, its...."
I know what you mean man, Like I'm really into all kinds of Metal and all this stuff comes into play about stupid Sub genres. Like just call it Metal and stop arguing whether or not its "Technical Death Metal" or "Trash Metal".
One should consider the time when the songs where written, i mean, when "Crazy Train" was released everyone said GOD THATS HEAVY METAL, though as time passed by the song was labeled as hard rock, because its just not as heavy as other songs from these times
this is really wicked demos to follow unlike some which are bascially some one just showing off

This is a really good riff! What tuning did you use for this? Just standard or Drop D or something?
