OM AH HUM * SADHANA means text of meditational deity (Yidam) practice. TANTRA is the way of transformation of negative emotions such as anger , ignorance, jelaousy etc. into corresponding Wisdom. With this Pure Vision practice,discovered from the expanse of intrinsic awareness, practitioner can transform neg. emotions into Wisdom. Rely on absolute meaning.
If we wish to help and serve others through love,and become the same as sublime beings through faith by praying and offering to them,without expecting immediate,substantial rewards,one day the power of these vast intentions will become as great as the aim of our wishes,prayers , and offerings.
It is forbiden to attempt to practice this sadhana (or any other sadhana of wrathful deities) by persons with mental disorders (bipolar disorder etc.) with related symptoms: outburst of anger & wrath in manic phase and dullness in depressive phase. Calm abiding meditation (Shamatha)and Buddhist prayers of peaceful deities are recommended for those with mental unbalances.
