You cant really tell how bigt the world cup is in korea by watching this video alone but consider this: this was in 2010 where the world cup was held in South Africa and the matches were at like 3 in the morning for Koreans... I live in the U.S. and even here we Koreans go crazy for the soccer games, waking up at 3 in the morning to catch the game and screaming our lungs out. What I despised was how some people would make fun of the pride we have in our country. But there's nothing wrong with having pride in your country, there's nothing wrong cheering and screaming for your team, that's only half the fun anyway. Some people put on an idc mask and act high and mighty, they'll never know what they're missing out on.
