i have witnessed and trained with zak first hand for 3 years!!! His warm ups aren't really warm ups they're more like a fitness regime from hell. But they work like anything. Zak is one of the greatest fighters but also a great teacher as well. He taught me alot. I trained with him at Richmond but sadly richmond has gone and is now at tooting.

dobok1: yeah zak has improved way loads since 2004, he is ITF european champ 2006 at the mo.
HWKim: agree with u there, zaks axe kicks are legendary. its a heat-seeking missile that hits u whether u run or block. plus u cant really do much just stand there in awe at its legendaryness.

Zak is indeed a legend.And the best thing about him....hes modest even though he one of the best fighters in the world.long may he kick ass:-)

i trained with zak for about 3 years, if you want to go to a good club you want to go to richmond. it's true he is a machine, he never tires.
if you spar him u'll see y he's euro champ though.

In Tooting, he comes down once in a while, his excercises are punishing and his axe kicks are naaasty...
