Let me explain you guys something about that sanchez bunnyhop:

It's a technique called Bike Bumping, a person places a bike in a designated area. Then, you wheelie over the bike, and if done correctly, you'll get a little "hop". However, due to Youtube's horrible video quality, the bike is practically invisible.

Just because it dosen't say it in the instruction manual means it's a cheat.
