@aaminjoshi91 original 40's are the most aggressive and loudest since they do not have the "delta flow" technology that the "super" mufflers have. originals are all around loud. and sound good. the delta flow makes it so its not so loud in the cab area. either way you pick you'll have a great sounding exhaust system!

If you can't afford a nice car, don't even buy one. alrite dude, while you're fuckin' off, I'll fill you in on why i'm right and you're stupid. whether the exhaust system contains catalytic converters (which can operate in excess of 1,200 degrees, mostly on older dual bed cats)has a lot to do with the temperature of the exhaust. if cats aren't used, incompletely combusted exhaust gases and fuel can make their way through the exhaust. if these ignite, it will make the exhaust system very hot.

like here in the 101st motor pool little patches mean head up ass to far to see day or ASE (Asshole Seeking Education) look at the stock 81 and later el camino muffler placeing its only 11/4 inch away from the front of the tank and runs right infront of the whole thing (thats out of the service manual) and checked on my car that far back the rest of the system is one big heat sink and most of the heat is already gone befor its that far back
