  • wow... shit

  • i really learn something thank you may you teach us more

  • yeah make sure you dont try to bring it down too much or to your chest because that will most likely be caught out for being a carry

  • @nubnubz theres no call for a carry

  • @jdfh666 if you have no calls for carrying (lifts r what we call them) then thats just stupid u should learn how to do it right or not at all take it from me first coach tought us completely wrong and almost all of our sets were lifts/carry

  • holy shit shes a pretty amazing setter

  • how do you get it to sink in your hands and then bounce it right back up?the reason why I'm asking is cuz I'm going to start volleyball this coming school year and I've only been doing this volleyball camp for four days and I just really need help.cuz I really want to play volleyball, but Its sorta hard trying out with 75 other girls please reply!!

  • Try to catch the ball with the correct position of your ellbows, fingers and thumbs in front of your forehead and throw the ball from this position back (high) to a wall or a partner. Watch your foot work and use your legs. When you are good with that it's easy to start setting.

  • I`m a volleyball player, and my main job is setting drills, and I also can do spikes ect... The setter must have soft fingers, we call that "soft basket".. I can touch the ball without making noise, honestly I needed 1 year to reach that level. My advice is to keep training volleyball, and if you are able to play guitar, than play, that helps a lot to have soft and strong fingers.. =)
