  • thanks for sharing these video..

  • what software did you use for making this video?

  • @tammazch He used a recording program

  • any1 notice that theres no 9:45?

  • @cod4lfe that's old news. about every third youtube video misses the penultimate second

  • Seriously, thank you for this video and thank you in advance for the rest of the series. I've been trying to find better ways of explaining things like fluid dynamics, thermal dynamics, amd quantum theory concepts to my grandchildren and this will perfect. Again, thank you.

  • Hold up. I can't compress liqud?

  • @TurbotortoiseStickle no its not possible

  • @iama432 Grade 8 or Grade 10. Grade 8-Physical Science, Grade 10-Physics

  • What grade is this science?!?!

  • @iama432 Grade 10. This is Physics.

  • @iama432 It's grade 12 physics. if you are doing this stuff in 10th grade, then you are ahead of your game!

  • can u please tell me what software ur using for drawing

  • This is AWESOME!! you made me like fluids.

  • Who else is using the Khanacademy videos to study for the MCAT?!!!!!

  • @blaquestarstar :) god bless khan :)

  • dick dick dick

  • how do u know EVERYTHING and every subject?????!!

  • @VSmassacre in my country, if you choose Science and Technology with Physics & Chemistry, Biology & Geology and Maths, you learn at least 60% of what is explianed in Khan Academy's videos.

Khan Ac. simply compresses 3 years of highschool and some things you only learn in college in a few hours worth of YT videos.

  • @VSmassacre wiki quote: "Khan holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology: a BS in mathematics, a BS in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MS in electrical engineering and computer science. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. "

  • Your videos are so cool! Thank you for sharing; they really help a lot!

  • you are great!!!

  • came my pant 4 min in

  • Dear Khan, I owe my degree you to! Once I get my phD I will dedicate it to you also!

  • Oh my goodness!

First you helped me in vector analysis, then linear algebra and now physics!!

Holy cow!! Thank you so sosososoosos ooo sooo much for these videos.

Seriously, like I can´t even express the gratitude I have towards you right now.

  • sucks

  • Nice video... Danke XD

  • Nice! thanks. It would be good if it was a slightly higher definition, i have trouble seeing some of the characters :)

  • hello, is there anyway to download these fluids for my ipod. i would like to thank the main man here, i gifted teacher, thanks for all the hard work and time.

  • @mnb196 go to savevid(dot)com

  • Very good job.

Just one objection.Liquids can be compressed...

by Chuck Norris's Spinning Kick xD

  • that joke was almost funny, but it's called a roundhouse kick not a spinning kick.

Chuck Norris will be at your house in 10 seconds.

  • @Keraunakias , ideally liquids aren't compressible. Otherwise the transfer of energy isn't uniform throughout the sphere, instead it's being used to increase the kinetic energy of the molecules. Therefore he's completely right for saying that.

  • That chemist I used to live with said the difference between a liquid and gas is that the molecules in gas are farther apart and more excitable than those in a liquid.

He probably didn't think I could understand compression. The one time he began explaining it, he lost me, but he was always using words I never heard in my life.

At 4:36, it resembles the thing on my CPAP machine that I fill with distilled water.

  • Hey..I want to know what program does he use to make the videos? Can someone help me...

  • @princessboo30 MS paint

  • Are all liquids incompressibles or only water is?

  • everything made of mater is compressible (a few exceptions perhaps but i have not heard or read of any).

  • what program?

  • paint

  • liquids are, in fact, incompressible. it will not have the same chemical structure. for example, it can become solid.

  • there's a planet with so much water that some of it's compressed into a solid. I saw it on discovery channel.

Maybe it's too warm to be ice.

  • it changes the chemical structure, so it's not the same liquid.

  • Of course it's not. It's solid. My point was that liquid can be compressed into solid form. Structure or whatever, that much seems to be true.

  • I don't care what anyone says, freezing comes from temperature. But even if that's true, you missed the point of my comment. I probably shouldn't have said that last part.

  • No, freezing doesn't just come from temperature. Look up melting curves. Changing either the pressure or temperature parameter manipulates phase changes.

Somewhat odd to proclaim a dogma of "I don't care what anyone says" that flies directly in the face of a scientific fact.

  • Again, you missed the point. All I was saying was that liquids can be compressed.

And one of the last things I think of when someone says freezing is pressure. That's pretty much what I meant.

  • Well sure, but when liquids get compressed, they're no longer liquids :P

    Fair enough.

  • there are liquids that are good compressable!

  • you can compress fluid molecules, but it is very difficult. almost impossible. very hard.

  • you mean liquid

  • yea. liquids.

  • water is green!

  • lol

  • the hardest part of these video's is picking the colour???? priceless

  • @shepardfilms Well... Lol you could say that finding the contrasting colours is very important.... :)
