Hey Rob! Been following you for awhile now. What you said bout not SEEING yourself in the mirror really hit home.  My daughter says its "all about me now". It's not that I'm conseded or anything, but after many yearsof trying to hide and not be noticed I'm surprised when I am. The head part can be harder thanthe physical. Thanks for helping me to realize I'm not alone.

Good video's. I remember getting back into the dating game after my divorce, it's a great feeling!~~~~ Like a new life. This is a real mind game isn't it?

You should definitely get your body fat index done, I plan on doing that after I hit goal.
