i want to try sleeping pills because i take forever to fall asleep but my mom doesnt want me to get hooked on them. But i dont know how to get sleep at proper times. When i do finally get sleep, i dont wake up by alarms or people trying to wake me up. I dont know what to do anymore
I guess its like using a pain-killer for a broken arm. It may help the pain go away, but until you let your arm fix, the pill is just masking the problem. It can help, but the key is in the healing beneath it. So you want to put a long-term strategy that will naturally improve your sleep in place of having to use it in the future.

Hi SaucePhilosophy.
Hope this helps,
Shaun.

Is it ok to use benadryl for a few nights? My doctor told me I could use benadryl for a little while but to not make it a habit.
