(For your questions about RPG maker, maybe you should try some message boards, there is a lot of them. But if you want to ask me something you can. But I will have difficulties to explain it well since english is not my birth language. :p)

Oh god, how did you make a 20hours game without switch ? Oo

It's like variables, this is the essence of everything in the gameplay. ;)

Switch are for example to make a treasure chest and after you opened it it will stay opened forever.

Anyways, I "got" messenger but never use it since years, sorry. I spend my time for chating on forums (french ones).

For DL of RPG maker 2003, I think you'll have to google it, mine is in french. I think it will be easy to find in english (or dutch ?)

Oh that's too bad. Since always I'm afraid of loosing my projects so I always make backups (on CD or external HD). But never lost anything. xD

Yes, I prefer too 2000/2003 than XP or VX. They got more the feeling of retro games (the 16bit era).

Hope you will try sometimes again to make a great RPG ! ^^
