IMHO Dime is the best guitarist to hit the planet earth. The emotion and sheer speed he brought to the metal world will be eternally missed. He is the single person who got me playing guitar just over 20 years ago and I have never looked back. He will be missed Eternally and yes I started playing guitar before Pantera made it big. I know that sounds cheesy but its true, now,, my personal opinion is people love dime cause of his personality and as far as skill goes.. are there more skilled guitarists? yes there are but he is definitely original and the way he puts things together is flawless.. People absolutely love him for sooo many different reasons.
