Public Art in Kabul Afghanistan

Hi Sculptor1965, It sounds like you hqve been there and perhaps for you was an easier enviroment. But for me, Kabul, although was indeed an inspiring place, it was also very difficult to get things accomplished for what I would think are obvious reasons. I would love to see any work of this kind you have made so I perhaps can learn from your practice(s).

All the great and interesting things in Kabul to draw inspiration from and they do a giant cloth? I guess if they do something that casts a shadow that has no use-lights out for you.

my best wishes to you all in kabul. i stayed in 2005 at the university of fine arts at kabul as a lecturer for sculpture and video. i recognized some of the faces, how amazing!!keep on working, art will change your live, and art will change the system, art is able to change everything!!!! love 'n peace 'n respect!
