MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14 PLUS Tutorial - How to add an explosion

Hey calves nice tutorials, I noticed you haven't posted any new ones lately, are you still producing them?

I just purchased V18 this week and I have started playing around with it. I downloaded some effects from Detonation films and unzipped them. I can play the clips on my computer but when I drag them into Edit Pro I get the message saying that the file cannot be read and that they might be read only which they are not. Would you happen to have any idea as to why it doesn't work?

I 've got a problem.I use the magix 17 deluxe HD I put the detonationfilms effect just like you say (and magix is really easy to use...lol)

its like my video just taking over the effect and if I wanna put them together ..I must reduce the visibility of my video

Question n°2 :at 2:28 I m suppose to select my effect with the right button of my mouse it open a window ...then I select video effect ....and it lead on my computer document ...not the magix video controler.PLEASE HELP ME ....

i was tryna save an HD like i go to quicktime then 720x480 25fr and i go to config i choose high... but i got too big memory file.. what should i do to make an my video Hd and not too big file to save or render?

Change the file format.  For example RAR, MPEG...

I've narrowed it down to: MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 15 PLUS and Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Pro Pack.

Which is better? Which can do more effects, and which is easier to understand?

alright. couple questions about ur program. first of all i recently bought the video editing program corel videostudio. i bought it cuz i got the deluxe version for the same price as the regular version. big mistake cuz corel doesnt have many editing and effects options. its more for simple movies. i was wondering if this was really a good program and has a lot of effects and editing options and if the plus version is much different then the regukar version.

I have used Movie Edit Pro 14 PLUS for about two years and I ca say that it's really good. I have also the version 15 PLUS but I like more the 14 PLUS version. So if you're buying Movie Edit Pro software I prefer the version 14 PLUS.

15 PLUS-version has got more functions, but they are useless. For example: do you need a "BluRay burn, iClone etc."

14 PLUS so much better.
