  • I have had my pet gear stroller for several years. It was purchased for my cairn terrier who suffered with cushing disease and an enlarged heart. We walked 3 times a day and she enjoyed being part of our walk. At 11 years she could no longer walk with out heavy breathing. But after we purchased the stroller she enjoyed a longer life. Being active with our family. Even traveling all over the US. Keep your paper work. Pet gear is wonderful at replacing any broken or worn out parts. We even got re

  • I am one of those people that do not understand dog strollers, or dog purses... I have been officially enlightened! I NEVER thought about aging or sick dogs. I am a dog lover, and now see why some people (but still, by far not all) would buy a dog stroller!

  • This would be great for those with the large breed puppies. Iv carried around a GSD x before as a pup, and boy isnt it hard on the arms after a while.

  • Our small young dog is very healthy & walks on a leash until he tires, then he rides in his stroller, and he loves it.

He also runs daily in his large yard.

Small dogs if over exerted in walking are prone to seizures & heat exhaustion more quickly then larger dogs.

Strollers are not just for old dogs! They are also for their protection as large dogs running loose have almost attacked ours, when he was walking on his leash. Anyone against strollers should look up the statistics on attacks

  • They are also good in public places that don't allow dogs on a leash & protect them from broken glass on the ground.

Our cat also loves the stroller and begs daily to go for a ride in it.

It amazes me how many people are ignorant & judgemental. Incidentally, I'm a huge animal rights activist & love animals

    dearly.

  • @TCB1468 the wheels are actually foam so not loud but unfortunately Pet Gear has discontinued this model and their 2nd generation is not as good. You can check it out on our site under dog strollers. thanks

  • Since the wheels are plastic are they annoyingly loud? Also does the front mesh part go down enough for a small dog who doesn't like being enclosed completely and wants to be able to see out?!

  • I have the Pet Gear Limited Edition. My two are outgrowing it, so I've bought a human baby twin stroller. Not very sutable for dogs, but I can't find anything wide and higher off the ground at the same time. Any chance you'll design a wider stroller so two can ride in the front without sitting on top of each other?

  • Seems like a good investment for travelling dog owners as well. I have a back injury and carrying my dog inside her carrier is just too much weight for me. Besides the carriers with attached wheels may look good but so you know most people don't realize you are carrying a pet there and so they bump your precious cargo with their luggage and lets face it big suitcases falling on it ain't cool.

  • y don't you people just make babies ???

  • @originaljawz . U sound like a COMPLETE retard. People don't use pet strollers because they wanna push their dog around- they use em 4 a reason, i.e. their pet is injured/disabled/old. U R just small minded & I bet U don't even own a dog, so keep your stupid comments 2 yourself.

  • @perky26hughes sounds like you're one of those who likes to dress up their pets in diapers and pretend that you're a mother/father ... considering that there is so much poverty in a world where millions of children die daily because of malnourishment etc .. this kind of bullshit is excessive and unecesarry. Go sponsor a child before you pretend to be all high and mighty about these silly money grabbing products.

  • @originaljawz - U r clueless. Some idiots dress up their dogs and put them in purses, etc. These strollers r designed excercise, pet safety, etc. As pets age, they may no not be able to run with you but enjoy a ride in the stroller. My French Bulldog has difficulty breathing on hot days & in the stroller for safety when in public. As for the comment on having children not everyone one can and those that do need a license because there are to many ftards on this planet we don't need anymore.

  • @originaljawz U don't know a single thing about me retard, so shut ya stupid gob up. Go preach 2 somebody else about starving children U freak.

  • @originaljawz Sell your car, computer and everything worth money so you can sponsor a child instead of buying those silly money grabbing products. Is it your money? I have a stroller too because my old dog can't walk that far anymore. Also she's blind. I hate dressing up dogs btw. It's my money and I can do with it what I want.

  • @originaljawz babies are just babies for like 2 or 3 years -.- and babies are idiots, dogs are loving.

  • @originaljawz Y don't you shut the hell up U dick. What stupid, brain- dead comments U make. People don't have pets as 'substitute's for children. U R just ignorant & pathetic. Go crawl back under your rock.

  • would this fit my 52 lb goldendoodle?

  • that is so neat would it be appropiate for cats too?

  • Absolutely. You can make it completely enclosed for them with the zip up mesh. Not sure if they will like it, but I have had customers that used it to take their cat to the vet.

  • They really do. It is all very high quality so they will last a long time which is great for dog owners.

  • petgear seems to have alot of good stuff for the dogs
