  • Hi rob nice lifts mate. just wanted to ask how do you get a fourth lift. i lift in bwla/ soon to be gbpf, and got a divisional bench meet soon. how does one get a fourth lift??? i'd love to have a fourth lift

  • I think the 4th lift is no longer available under BWLA/GBPF rules mate. It was only allowed if you were going for a record.
