Hahaha, yeah, I was supposed to go to a show but the venue was an hour-long train ride away and my friends flaked on staying overnight. Trains shut down at midnight here... it's insane.

Yeah, no, because of this, Tokyo Disney is cancelled. I will ride this all day, everyday and eat popsicles. =D =P

The view IS nice... I made the mistake of trying to walk through those mountains my first week... my God.... never again. And didn't find out until after the fact that wild boars and poisonous snakes live in there.

A new Japanese word was seared into my brain that day... "abunai" which means "danger, life-threatening" ha!!

The cooler weather is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I lovelovelove it... I'm now just slightly afraid of the winter that's around the corner.

I'm sooo appreciative of my placement, there are about 80 JETs here... there's drama sometimes, but overall it's fantastic! And I love being close to Kyoto and Osaka.
