E' un'organo tipicamente americano, no francese no italiano no tedesco no spagnolo; conosco la cattedrale per aver ascoltato una messa molti anni orsono in fondo alla cattedrale; ho ascoltato anche il coro.
Posted on another Youtube video about the Atlantic City, NJ Boardwalk Hall organ (formerly called Convention Hall).
"The GO can definitely do some damage to your hearing, it is the loudest organ voice on the planet. Hearing protection is used if you are in the pipe chamber and it is in use. It is on 100 inches of wind pressure.

This instrument and building are truly awesome, spectacular and more! THANK YOU LIVZDAVE, thank you! The two Rededication videos brought tears to many eyes and ears...
Are those state Trumpets under lock and key ? The late Christopher Dearnley Organist of St Paul's Cathedral London where I am from had a key fitted in the1977 Mander rebuild so visiting orgainst's were not able to always use them in recitals lol.
@lustful2 Too funny. As well they should have them under lock and key. Sometimes too much testosterone, masquerading as a trumpet blast! Don't let them use it! Fabulous idea.
@jockboy69 Silly idea! The State Trumpet is the crown of this organ and in my opinion the most beautiful trumpet ever built, why should visiting organists and their audience of course not have the right to enjoy this unique and breathtaking sound?
I sat in Bruce's master class yesterday and I will be turning pages for him in a concert today. He's a great musician and I really enjoy learning from him.
Great work. Maybe I can plug some of these pix into my old Alec Wyton uploads. ;-) I'm still trying to schedule a visit to NYC & St. John the Unifinished, & I intend for it to revolve around this magnificent instrument.

@lustful2 No. Although apparently Doug Hunt is a bit annoyed at peoples' tendencies to use the trumpet.

The console is over the South Choir stalls, and the pipe chambers are above the North and South Choir stalls.

How many people were there for the organ? Are there any plans to let people up next to the console?
Anyways, thank you so much for bringing this to Youtube. Your videos are spreading the word of this fantastic organ's rebirth!
