@tynko96 Yes, you do and you also can demoralize your own men. One of the tactics used by the ancient Japanese was to have the matchlock in the front fire and then allied Samurais and other units would run in front of the Arquebusiers and when the matchlock men were finished reloading the the Samurais would retreat behind and so on until the enemies charged.
