  • Teen Wolf Too should have been about #45 and his on-the-court prowess.

  • The coach should have benched Scott at the 4:50 mark for his showboating, jumping into his teammates arms, allowing the other team to get an easy fast break. Get the hell back on D and stop with the Sportscenter crap.

And what the hell are the referees thinking allowed the opposing player to stand under the basket while Scott is taking the final free throws. With no time on the clock, he has to be on the bench.

  • lol with stats nice dude love it!

  • Is This The Singing Scene ?

  • The premise of this movie is completely ridiculous. Think about it, Michael J fox is a Basketball player? You lost me right there. I wonder if he's a warewolf in real life though....

  • hi

  • Amazing scene!! Amazing music! And BOOF was sooo hot

  • This video and the comments are probably the coolest thing to happen o here in a while. I love this. Instant favorite.

  • Let's not forget about 33 with his 8 pts. He gets up and down the floor real fast. He just needs to work on his left handed layup.

  • Can't believe MTV turned this into some shitty Twilight wannabe tv show. Apparently nothing is sacred.

Also, weren't the no name players real college players? Though I heard that somewhere but I could be wrong

  • Did he ever record the alternative ending.

  • Notice 45 for the Dragons too is smiling after the 2nd lay up. I know your up 19 at that point but come on, it's the title game. No mercy! Step on their necks and get it done.

  • You also have to question the Dragons coaching. Number 5 could be blamed for the entire loss as he allowed Chubbs to hit a wide open shot, getting the crowd back in the game and ultimately allowing one of the greatest comebacks in basketball history.

  • @2ndretard That's a good point. You can afford to play Chubby up close. It's not like he's going to drive on you. #5 was clearly a weak link on the Dragons. He got raped by #45 all game long. You'd think they'd quit passing to him, especially since Mick is 5 feet taller than the person (Scott) guarding him.

  • HAHAHA this is brilliant!

  • dudes... it's scripted gtfo with stats

  • @rabitshadow we all know that hahaha. were joking about it lol

  • You know even with 1 shot they force OT and with the Red Team star player fouled out either way MJF team would have won

  • @mattsmt20 Yeah, but then Chubby would have almost certainly had a heart attack if he had to play 5 more minutes. So Scott saved Chubby's life by making that last shot.

  • Uh . . . how is it everyone is missing the main problem with the outcome of this game?

Fox's final shot at the foul line, by all looks of it, appears to be a jumpshot. Meaning if he left his feet, which by the slow mo bounce (faster on way down), it seems he did, then that shot does not count.

  • @bigleagues you can shoot a jumpshot at the foul line, just as long as you dont overstep the line....

  • @bigleagues What the hell are you talking about? There is NOTHING in the rules about not being able to jump on a free throw. Where do you even THINK you are getting that rule from? As long as you are inside the semi-circle (you can be at the top of the arch if you want as long as you are inside the line) when you take off, and you land inside as well, you can jump all you want.

  • Mick-One of the biggest 80's movie douchebags?

  • "It's Awesome! The big thing for the Beavers is that despite his lack of size Howard isn't scared to drive to the hole and his Cousy-esque passing ability opens the floor for his team mates. He's a Diaper Dandy, a PTPer baby with a capital B" Dickie V

  • My favorite scene is when Chubbs lays out Mick with a blindside screen. Problem is Scott is so busy dry humping Chubbs that they fail to get back on D and the Dragons get an easy basket, classic.

  • The token Black guy on the Dragons #44 didn't do shit the whole game. And I don't think Micheal J. gets fouled and only shoots 1 freethrow. That's just all we see, till the win in the end. lol

  • @mrwoodsuploader if this is indeed the case, then he should have two extra points added to his total...that would give 16 points, 6 assist and 2 steals!! actually 7 dimes had that guy not missed the first behind-the-back pass...now that's not bad work considering he only played the second half...had scott played the first half with the same success, were looking at possibly 32 pts 14 ast and 4 stls!!

  • @BrooklynRabbi No..it means he should have two misses added to his FT totals. We know he doesn't make those two unseen shots becuase the score wouldn't match up. (We actually see every single point scored during that montage.) So he must have missed two foul shots.

  • rivals reports that 45 had offer from duke, kansas, north carolina and UCLA that year. top prospect out of the midwest.

  • LOL, at 0:46, Mick posts up Scott. You think the Dragons would have gone to that a few more times. Instead, they keep trying to score against #45, who is clearly headed straight to the pros.

Also, why is Beaconton only playing 4 guys (Scott, Chubby, #45, and #33). I know Doug Savant got hurt, but there are other guys sitting on the bench. Who does Finstock think he is, Norman Dale?

  • @larrymcg421 There's a very ineffective #34 out there too. Definitely the weak link in the starting five.

  • @OrangeKing81 Good catch. Don't know how I kept missing him, but yeah he's definitely the weak link. It's pretty bad when Chubby is more of an offensive threat than you.

  • @OrangeKing81

He was the defensive specialist that kept #44 in check. Offense sells tickets. Defense wins games.

  • Scott Howard was Rondo before his time. Look at him. He's not even thinking about taking a jump shot. He's going right to the hoop either for the layup or to create opportunities for the fat guy (Davis) and the unstoppable #45 (KG).

  • Not quite the great ending of Hoosiers, but it still had a nice warm fuzzy.

  • That's a solid line from Scott Howard. I'm curious to what some of his box scores were like when he played as "The Wolf"?

Coach Finstock is a hell of a movitvator.

  • Michael J Fox's dedication for this part was legendary. I heard he trained for an hour a day for at least a weak before filming. It shows in his ball handling skills.

  • #45 had a perfect baseball pass after that block, I bet he went to Pistol Pete's summer camps as a kid, or had his VHS training vids. It shows in his fundamentals, as precise as his perm.

  • Number 45 for the Beavers was instumental in the win.

    4/4 FG - 8pts

    1 Assist

3 Blocks (1 block and assist on the same play!)

    2 Offensive Rebounds

  • @cuteguy291

He also helped force a turnover by sliding over to trap #45 on the dragons, forcing him to make a bad pass. Most fundamentally sound player on the team!

  • thks 4 the vid! it was great!!!

  • 2 guys before me are gay

  • After watching Mick foul's in the championship game all Technical Fouls. You would think mick was playing football, one foul he close line scott, another foul he tackles scott. How was mick NOT ejected from this game with all them HARD foul. I know it's a movie and all but come on, all of mick foul's were Technical foul's. The ref's did a bad job with mick hard foul's

  • Couple things:

-Finstock did a nice job going with his gut. Not many coaches would stick by a fat guy throwing sky hooks from the top of the key.

-Howard is a playmaker. The guy can fill up a stat sheet and a highlight reel. The 2 behind the back dimes really illustrate his superior court vision. Like a young Maravich.

-45 can ball. He banged with the trees, taking all they could give. Beacontown had a magical team that season, and 45 is an oft overlooked spoke in their wheel of success.

  • @Yinnzio

    HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!

    I'm getting 45's Jersey tomorrow!

  • the funniest thing is that these guys are suppost 2 be in high shool when their all in their late 20s and 30s

like im a senior and they look way older than me lol

  • How is that first one an assist? He paused for like 30 seconds.

  • Comment removed

  • That, and the guy was clearly moving both feet for most of the 30 seconds.

  • heheh whats up francis from pee wee hehehehe

  • Pamela Wells or Boof? Hmmm...I"d talk BOFF!(at the same time)

  • what song is this?

  • Where the fuck was the Teen wolf? Was he blackmailing the referees rsum??

  • Furthermore I think the Dragons coaching needs to be questioned.

Up by 23 with less then 15 minutes to play you gotta close.

    They made several major errors

    1. They failed to put a body on #45 all 2nd half.

    2. They never made Howard beat them with the J.

    3. Mick picked up several unnecessary fouls They are lucky the Beavers only got 1 FT for them or it could have really hurt.

    4. They insisted on going inside to #5 who had no chance against #45. He was blocked 3 times on the same shot

  • @JoeKnows44 "Up by 23 with less then 15 minutes to play you gotta close."

Thank you, that has bother me for years. Your up 23 with 15 minutes to play in a high school game! There is no shot clock. Go four corners and run out the damn game. There are no style points in the title game!!

  • Great performance by the Beavers to be sure and Scotts 14 6 and 3 steals are huge but that;s not the biggest story in this game.

Some very questionable time keeping leads to me suspect this game was fixed. .

First with 6:50 left in the third it's 32-10 Dragons then at 6:44 35-12 Dragons, how?

And of course the final play where Howard foolishly waits until 3 secs left to make his move and somehow has time to complete the give and go which takes 6 secs.

Then no time is added for the Dragons

  • Lay up at 1:50 is the worst looking shot that can go in the history of mankind

  • hahaha...i agree... do you see him watching the ball the entire time he dribbles in for the layup UNGUARDED! who needs to watch the basketball all the way to the hoop during a layup?
