Nice voice and very nice harmony treatment. Good fingering but the picking style is a little detracting because you keep playing the E-string open and it does not mesh good with the D-chord that is supposed to be there with the F-sharp. Adding the C in the bass line with the open E string makes it a VERY strong C chord harmony rather than the D chord over C in the bass that is intended and written. Watch some of the fingerstyle covers around YouTube and try fingering it out.
