Aum shanti, Salaam, Solom. Maha vidja=greates knowledge=esotheric=personal truth=subjectief. So please don't fight who is right or wrong. Look first for your own truth since we all are different and have different task. Change is the only constant and the 'path' is a process. One who can walk on fire cann't talk with those who believe that fire can burt/hurt you. Judge yourself and be an attorney for others. Ohm shanti. p.s.: Dasa Mahavidja's are an eye opener for us.Having a muslim background.
there is no need to be rude folks. Please. Grow up. Worship of Dhumavati is very esoteric. All of what she represents: loneliness, despair, destitution, widowhood, misery, abuse and misuse, lack of abundance all means that when we focus on this we actually learn that to transcend these. We penetrate beyond the illusion of this world to get to enlightenment and attain balance. We have to get past light and dark to attain the highest. Dhumavati is in the Light; nothing to be feared.
If you worshiped Dhumavati, and bad things happened, you would blame it on Her?
It's a good thing that Hinduism is an orthopraxic religion whereby we take responsibilities for our own actions (karma) instead of blaming Deity. Perhaps you should stick with Christianity, embrace irresponsibility and blame all of your faults upon their "devil", it seems the popular thing to do!
