I highly recommend the entire MSN concert; there is not a bad performance in it. This guy is the best singer of our era, hands down. I can listen to him for hours on end. Those singing backing won't know how loud their voices are out front...they will only hear what's coming back through the stage monitors so the volume of their voices may sound perfectly fine on stage.

It's the sound engineers job on the mixing desk out front to get the balance right...not the performers who are concentrating on PERFORMANCE.
