30 years? Are you kidding me? That is failure in the justice system if I have ever seen it!! These kind of people do not deserve to breathe air ever again!! No excuses for a 30 year sentence on life long or death offense!! Sad, especially for these officers who protected the citizens from this scum bag!!! Good work officers!!!

This should have been a 10min trial before a judge showing him the video and end it with a bullet to the head. Send the bill for the bullets and the damage to the cop cars to his family.

Seeing as there is no more death by firing squad and after all the appeals, time, and money, it would take to give the death penalty it would be statistically it would be cheaper to keep him alive for the rest of his life in prison. That is if he even could of qualified for such a sentence which didn't happen. Do your research before you start spewing stupid comments.
