I really want to get this system, only if i can plug my iPod touch into it. Which im pretty sure you can. Either through a 3.5mm jack plug, which I have an iPod adapter for. Or through a fm radio transmitter. Can anyone tell me if either of these work?

If you mean to connect to your IPod to the system you will need a 3.5mm jack to jack cable, with a 3.5mm to 6mm adaptor. if that is what you mean? This also works with any device with a 3.5mm jack output(not just IPod). There is an other way of doing it though the RCA connectors but you will need more cables.

how do you get the sub woofer to work on this thing? is there a button u hav to press? or a setting or sumthing?

At the bottom left of the system there is a button on there saying "subwoofer", just pess that and the sub will turn on if connected correctly at the back.

Yes this system is very good for the price,

the sound is clear,

the bass is powerful,

and for its size its very loud.

So to me this system is one of the best high powerd mini systems out!

hey tommy, can you plug this into a pc and play music through it, or is it cds and mp3 only? i have an ipod but tbh i want this in my room and its alot easier playing music through itunes than using the ipod itself. thanx

Hi, yes you can play this though your pc but you have to have the right cables, a "jack to jack" cable to plug into the microphone socket. or what i use is a jack to jack, with and adapter so i can play though the audio inputs.

What do you mean by terrible, there nothing wrong with my sub, unless you mean the lack of low notes it generates, the sony sub only seems to do more thumps than constant bass.

i have a rattle in the area where the bolt is on the top left of the speaker and i definitly havn't blown it. is this a common problem or how or where can i get it fixed? (uk) thanks

hmm, i havent had this before, it could be the bolt loose, have you tried tightening it, or there might be somthing loose inside the speaker box thats vibrating, so maybe you could try tightening it with an alan key, or if that doesn't work, maybe you can look inside, but sorry i don't know anywhere to get it fixed proffessionaly.

I wouldnt have thought that well known and high quality brand like sony could just have the most minor mistakes. thanks anyway, it's just really annoying and you get frustrated when you try to have it loud and all you can hear is this shitty rattling sound, and yeah i have tried tightening the bolt on it and if anything it's made it worse, i might just take it back to currys and see is they can do anything about it,
