kev, in the part where you "have no clue", it looks like he's showing what the bottom guy does in a freestyle match. In freestyle wrestling, the bottom guy just avoids getting turned. The most used offensive move (top guy) is a turn off of the gut wrench. To avoid getting turned you do what he was doing. If you can avoid getting turned for 10 seconds, the ref starts you back at stand up.
