@duran5150 well, I'm telling you from experience...first, install hard spl 2.08>magldr whichever version is the latest>nand rom of your choice. if you have issues ir just get bored of the android experiment liek i did, simply google" original htc hd2 rom 6.5" and it will delete everything the magldr and android however hard spl 2.08 will remain which i havent had any problems at all with using windows 6.5 again...good luck!

@doritos2299 I tried to follow the steps but the phone for some odd reason would freeze on the very first reboot so it wont get flashed to the rom so i had to put the stock rom back..i gave up...my other hd2 i had 0 problems idk why this one is acting like that or doesnt like the computer at all cause it freezes just being connected to it sometimes

@XiomyRockstar yes, you must have an SD card. It's installing onto the phone itself, but the phone cannot load software on itself while it;s in use. It pulls the software, and installs the files, from the SD card that's in it.

@soul96826 Well HTC HD2 doesnt have Front Camera but the other one works fine like it was with Froyo and WIN 6.5 i followed the link the discripton and just downloaded Cyanogen MOD 7 Gingerbread 2.3.7 and copied to SD card and i started from Point # 8 Thats it let me know if it doesnt work for you i can help with remote session for free.

My sd card was recognized by the pc every time, but just sometimes by the phone. After everything went smoothly, i came to the point where i had to choose the boot from my sdcard, and it doesnt work, so i can use the phone now. There are a couple ways to do this. Android on the HTC HD2 runs 10 times better than Windows and I am SO glad I switched mine. I believe the HD2 is the most underrated phone out there even today. You can pick them up NEW for under $250.
