  • Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • ive been trying to upload but its not working for me 2day, the one and only time but im in!!

    my three things are:

    to drink at least 1 liter of water a day

    to work out 4 times a week

    to completely give up fast food and takeaways

  • @Canterhard The reason Im choosing to knock those things out is because they trigger all the other food addictions. I notice when I eat extremely healthy I don't crave that often and I do feel more energetic.

  • @GetFitGamer , okay you do have a not so crazy point about triggering the other stuff. lol. (trust me I'm with you on that one!). I'm like you, once I'm off junk food awhile my body no longer craves it and healthy food tastes AS GOOD as junk food! (do you think they put addictive additives in junk food? lol) I'll be doing a video and sharing your challenge with some friends/family who would benefit too. Still deciding changes to make. Caffeine? NO WAY! lol Junk Food? sighh... hmmm.

  • @GetFitGamer, I guess my other reply didn't post, darn! Anyway, I'm with you at heart, eat junk food, crave it more, eat healthy, and suddenly healthy food tastes SO good! Same whenI quit smoking, smoking=WANT 2 smoke more, quit smoking=WANT 2 eat more! (oops, wait, did I let that slip out? lol). I'll be joining the challenge this weekend too. I gained 20 lbs the last 2+ mos since I quit smoking (talk of shame! lol), but it was SO worth it. Your challenge will help me get rid of the weight!

  • @SkoogGaming no skoog, nothing wrong with chinese food, it's just when I eat restaurant styled chinese food I eat alot of it and I'm addicted, so I eat it once or twice a week and each time I eat way too much. Also alot of americanized chinese food has alot of added oil, some even has MSG which is an unhealthy additive. As for real chinese food it's probably much healthier than a lot of foods.

  • @SkoogGaming Ima be nosy and answer you lol Yes. Chinese food has A LOT of grease, oil and is packed with calories. For example, fried rice, the egg rolls, most of their meat will be fried. They use a lot of sugar in many of their dressings and sauces and sometimes even mayonnaise. (This is at restaurants, I can't say this is how they eat in their homes) It is also LOADED with sodium, which makes you retain water. You can make your own healthy version at home =)

  • okay at first I thought I was watching a used car salesman. lol but then I realized it was good ol you. sounds like a nice challenge I 'll do this in conjunction with my 2unfit2quit channel team. your goals are challenging but very doable. trigger foods are dangerous and I think you are wise to get them out of your sight .. eventually you will get them out of your mind in time.

  • I just got some info this am on yt from a MD..&i thought it rather strange, but so very true from my experience: Whether it is caffeine, nicotine, drugs or sugar, you have to quit cold turkey and for at least 10 days to 2weeks; These things compete for the same recepters in the brain. also, it is good to eliminate grains and fruits during that peroid of time. ( i think they must compete as well!!)

    So to quit smoking, quit fruits,grains,sugar,caffeine,d­rugs for 2wks. That's my plan.

  • You should look into Korean cuisine food. It's much healthier and incorporates a wider variety of vegetables and focuses on the ritual of preparing and making food aesthetically pleasing, rather than just tasting good. It engages more of the senses. :) Bibimbap is my favorite.

  • @evilmagic43 Hey man just start slow one thing at a time thats how i did until the ball started rolling.

    One thing for sure is the healthier you get the better your brain functions and the faster your gaming reaction time. I really noticed a diff from when i first started losing weight.

    I started this challenge because I gained a bit of weight like I said. I liked they Shayloss days and some of the other challenges that have popped up. It makes weight loss vlogging a bit more interesting. Looking forward to your videos.

  • @GetFitGamer Yeah I know what you mean, those were the days! But there are a lot of people who just up and disappeared and even those who are still around are kind of aimlessly making videos or making videos that have nothing to do with being healthy...I have a feeling this is going to be good! :)
