Nice grid tie you are doing a good job on that meter. I like your efforts on your DIY solar panels. I am going to start buying amorphous solar panels factory made because they don't get hot in the summer they actually make more amps. Are you not worried about covering those grid ties with some tin or something?
Yankee prepper showed his bill and compared it to his other bill before using alternative energy. The electric company started charging him more per kilowatt. I suggest keeping an eye on that.

Nice video good to see you are running the meter backwards and you didn't have to spend Big $ on the set up, thats the way to do it. I am going back into the panel building phase. I have a enough cells for 2 more panels. But today I have to weld the muffler back on the rabbit. I really dont care for the systems mounted with all the fancy wiring that put out 200 watts. I like to go cheap I want to save money not spend it. keep the videos coming. I dropped a tape measure and broke 2 cells :)

Can you tie it into the grid without a battery backup. Just whatever it makes it uses or sells back to the electric company?
