For those of you having trouble finding the rubber pieces, they're actually called "Leg Tips". You can find them in the section where they sell things to repair furniture. Where you would find the little leveler things that screw to the bottom of a table or chair. Didn't have any luck finding the rubber gasket , but a piece of washing machine drain hose taped on seems to be working for now.

I got some pvc pipe but they only sell 1" and 1-1/4" but not 1-1/8 pvc. what did i do wrong? did i buy the wrong pvc? also which ones should i buy for the right size?

@asdf25416 Just make sure they all fit into eachother and slide snugly back and forth. That's all that really matters. The size doesnt. Also, sometimes one pvc pipe will fit and one the exact same size won't. They aren't perfect. You might try a local hardware store instead of one of the big ones. They may be more helpful and have some smaller scrap pieces to work with.

Where did you find those rubber stoppers at? All the rubber stoppers I find don't have a hollow center like yours.

@xsirjeremy I got mine at home depot. If you don't have one near your house I can ship you some. I think I have two extras. Don't hold me to that, but I will check when I get home.
