Anime has grown up A LOT since then, unfortunately as for most things the fact that it has evolved to such a degree and grown in popularity [in most cases to an annoying degree] that I both miss and don't miss these days. Its a strange feeling looking back at this and remembering how hard it was to find and indulge in the love of anime. what once was looked down upon is acceptable and popular what once felt personal and special is available to all, its a strange place to be at honestly.

older anime kicks ass but a lot of this newer stuff is just... lacking. i'm not a fan of digital animation and all the plots are very cliche
