Just a suggestion: I like to add about 2-3 tablespoons of molasses to my pie. (though I use a large recipe)It can be blackstrap or fancy. It's delicious!
Can we substitute mashed real pumpkin for a better fresher taste? I've just cut a pumpkin for Halloween and saved all the cutouts, and I have a smaller pumpkin also.
I made it with my mother and it turned out great! It tasted like the canned kind but fresher and a little different. I'm going to make it again soon. Thanks!

I think it has to be evaporated- because all of the recipes ask for that... But you can try regular, It would probably turn out equally as good.

Just find an online fahrenheit to celcius converter/calculator or chart. It'll tell you what to adjust your oven to.

Yes, it tastes wonderful! Just make sure it's nice and smooth, and not watery. I perpare mine in a food processor.
