If you pull up another copy of this and run them both at the same time they are identical note for note, nuance for nuance. Sorry, she was lip-synching on stage. The part where you think you can hear her "real voice" (starts at 2:40 here) is a duet harmony part she sang with herself, via the miracle of electronics technology, when she cut the record.

Of course fool....this was not HER concert...the sound would have to be done specifically for her...monitors, microphones and all...it is normal for singers to sing above a playback...they are still singing but you hear a recorded sound....DUH!!!!
