@lbmusicman1 There are many black congregations Adventists in the United States who is cheerful and lively worship. The problem is the white churches of the Adventists.

hermanos leamos los que Dios nos a dejado y si se a perdido la lectura de todo el material que tenemos. creo que ahi hay peligro mejor dediquemosno a predicar la vdd presente y no nos quedemos parados con lo que ahora se a logrado hay por hacer... lindo coro don de Dios, hermanos y si la iglesia esta fome hagamos algo para que sea mejor no cree? y asi mas gente conosca la verdad que tenemos amen aleluya gloria a Dios bendiciones a todos.

creo que esa opinion de que la iglesia adventista en fome en algunos lados, no corresponde hermano si ud esta llendo donde este mas motivada la cosa creo que entonces no va por Dios con mucha humildad lo digo. a mi me importa mas la palabra que tener miles de coros que marquen lo mismo que las demas iglesias. me sentiria mas orgulloso el dia en que nos reconoscan denuevo como la iglesia de la biblia ;) aunque no digo que el coro es malo es bien bueno pero no nos centremos solo en esto

we must all praise GOD with our hearts and soul and only he can see and judge. our praise gives others an example of how we show our love towards our creator. we must show by example. what ever our best is. we cant use what the "world" uses to measure what is good music.

I was at both last years performance as well as the year before and I must say I was very impressed on both occassions. Of course Mt. Rubidoux won the L.A. competition in '08 but was not successful in winning the competition in '09 but won souls which is more important. The church choir that won for the big choir category had their entire church their practically and that along with politics worked against us. Nevertheless, Mt. Rubidoux SDA Choir, in my opinion, is the best SDA Choir PERIOD!

What does Marvin Sapp know about SDAs? lol We have a diversity of sound..We can do anthems, gospel, praise and worship!! He needs to get out more!

@applediva106 i disagree, I am SDA and most SDA churches are boring! they represented well and I'm glad they did, most SDAs don't give true praise and worship!

@leelee1947 Depends on where you're from. I noticed out here in So-Cal, our SDA churches aren't boring. However, the east coast SDA churches I've been to, are somewhat, "Boring". Whatever that's supposed to mean.
